At AyurYoga Retreats, we truly value the trust you place in us when booking your wellness retreat or tour. To ensure fairness and clarity for all guests, we maintain the following cancellation and refund terms.
1. Booking Confirmation
Your booking is confirmed once the required advance payment is received.
All communications regarding cancellations, amendments, or refunds must be sent to namaste@ayuryogaretreats.com
2. Cancellation by Guest
If you need to cancel your booking, the following charges apply:
30 days or more before arrival:
100% refund of the advance amount (after applicable bank/transfer charges).15–29 days before arrival:
50% refund of the advance amount.7–14 days before arrival:
25% refund of the advance amount.Less than 7 days before arrival / No Show:
No refund will be provided.
3. Date Change / Rescheduling
Rescheduling is allowed once, free of charge, if requested 15 days before arrival.
Rescheduling requests made within 14 days of arrival will be treated as a cancellation and follow the standard cancellation policy.
4. Early Departure
If a guest chooses to leave earlier than scheduled, the remaining nights are non-refundable.
5. Cancellation by AyurYoga Retreats
In the unlikely event that we must cancel or reschedule a retreat due to operational reasons, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances, guests will receive:
Full refund of all payments made, or
The option to reschedule to any available date at no extra charge.
6. Refund Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days.
International transfers may take additional time depending on the guest’s bank.
7. Medical or Emergency Cancellations
We understand emergencies can happen.
If cancellation is due to a genuine medical emergency, we may offer partial credit for a future stay (subject to management approval).
8. Group Bookings & Customized Packages
Group tours, wellness programs, or customized packages may follow a separate cancellation policy, which will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.
